Hi. My name is Myrta. I just finished a 12 day tour of Sri Lanka with my friend Silvana. We had a wonderful time and had many great experiences which we will remember for a long while.Sri Lanka is nature paradise and also has an old history. We saw ancient temples and went on safaris and boat rides, ate traditional Sri Lankan food prepared in the old fashioned way. Beautiful train ride in Ella which is a party town. We saw beautiful waterfalls in the mountains and not to forget had a relaxing couple of days at a beach resort in Bentota.
Our guide and driver, Milinda Bandara, expertly drove us through the difficult traffic and the mountain roads. He was very reliable and has a wealth of knowledge about the places to visit in Sri Lanka. He was a great host and we shared some good times while we also enjoyed our own space as required.
I will remember in particular the birthday part he organised for me in Ella.
A visit to Sri Lanka with Milinda as Guide is definitely recommended and must be on your bucket list
